Yeah, call when the multiple bad days start piling up.:shake:

They were speculating that the ankle was the culprit that he couldn't drive the ball.

Which is why I said from the beginning that the Jets was the worst team for him to go to. His competitive nature let him get back on the field, and he has a good probability of re-injuring that ankle and setting himself back further.

He is going to be a good player, but he has to listen to his body.

He looked fat in last week's preseason game. He looked fat and sloppy. Rolling your ankle the way he did on a routine play is embarrassing and shows how out of shape he is.

He looked slimmer in college and at the combine.

No, no, no. He, like Sanchez, must be a starter from day one! God forbid he be taken at 1.1 over an ALL IMPORTANT Tackle, and put behind a clipboard in a small market like KC with a decent coaching staff!

But hey; we've got Chase Daniel!

VIVA LA AWESOME!

If here were here, with no Alex Smith, with the talent that is on the Chiefs, he could start here day one.......

There is no talent around him in New York. The right side of their offensive line is atrocious, they have no idea when Holmes is going to be back, their tight end is some dude named Cumberland, and Stephen Hill, is awful. They also have some Receiver named KERLEY.....that's his weapons.....

Pretty much everyone, myself included, knew the minute he went to NYJ, he was in for an uphill battle at the very least.

That would have happened wherever he went.

He is NOT NFL ready.

BFD if he struggles his first or even in his second year. It's his third year that is going make or break him as an NFL starting quarterback.

Rasputin 08-14-2013 04:16 PM

Eli Manning threw 4 INTs against the Vikings his first or second year iirc? He went on to win two Super Bowls. It's if they can over come adversity and become a consistent winner.

Hammock Parties 08-14-2013 04:18 PM

4 INTs in a practice is hardly something to be concerned about.

In fact, when Geno takes over the starting role this year, I expect him to have a few bad games. Par for the course for a rookie QB.

Dane's overreactions then and now are priceless.

strictly football speaking. Arent you the guy who blew out of proportion a throw away in preseason? While I agree with you that its not a big deal, your acceptance for certain people and not others, is hilarious.

Why would a 9 year vet get the benefit of doubt and a rookie QB doesn't?
