And it's true, if Sony's Eye can do the same as Kinect 2.0 and it can interface with tablets, I think the PS4 can follow suit. I'm not a business major or anything, but I think that being the first on the market with something new and desired is usually a huge boon for any company looking to compete in said market.

Pushing the industry, I believe gets you respect within the industry. If someone comes along and does your trick better though, that's where consumer go. PS put themselves in a good spot by going strong on the hardware.

Yep calling your customers simple minded is a brilliant move. They must all think we're idiots over in M$. My money will not be going towards your salary.

That reeks of a fake post (mainly because I wouldn't believe anything written on /b/, but also minor things like a proven insider on neogaf has gone on record to say the DRM system is purely Microsoft's idea). I do agree that a lot of the issues Microsoft is now facing is something that could of easily been avoided with proper explanation.

As for the game sharing part, I can't imagine that publishers will opt-in for that. What's the point of using DRM to restrict used game sales if you can now **** them out of 10 sales at once in a new and hilariously easy to use system? Sony had a smaller scale version of this on the PS3 and ended up having to stop it because of the bitching from publishers.

You can play the same game at the same time.

True, there were no commanders like in 2142 and BF2, but that was the only difference. I didn't feel like like BF3 was FFA style ala CoD.

So you expect everyone in random pubs to set up their teamspeak for that particular server, then join it when they play that server? The lack of in game VOIP really stifled squad building and team play. Now if you play in a clan all the time, that probably isn't a problem.

I read on another forum that employees at local gamestops have been handing out flyers about Xbone's DRM policies and are actually trying to persuade people to not preorder the Xbone.
