Eh, broncos were able to go get free agents because they actually have young good players on cheap d3als.

Like knowmo says, that bill is coming do after this season. They'll have good young players walk

Doesn't it depend on how much the cap will increase? Isn't that supposed to be by $10 MIL?

It's interesting to note how Ware was old and broken this summer, now he's a pro bowler who Denver shouldn't have been able to afford.

He was old and broken. he looked absolutely finished. Amazing what going to a winning organization where you arent depended on to be the MAN, and can actually just be a piece.

It can rejuvenate you.

He's great in the room and, paired with Miller, is part of the best sack tandem in the league.

I'd love for you to break down how the Bronco's added 3 Pro-bowler FA's on defense without going over the cap.

The biggest cap hits for Ware, Talib and Clady don't hit until 2015 and 2016 (staggered).

Thomas and Miller are on their rookie deals.

Welker's deal wasn't for all that much money.

Ward's deal is a low hit for this year, and still team friendly after that.

Sanders is getting less than Welker.

Vasquez' deal takes a jump after this year, but is team friendly in 2013.

The rest of the roster is on pretty small money.

No doubt. But the fact remains that last year in Dallas he looked finished.

Agreed. It isn't a popular thing to say here but Denver's front office gets credit on that one...

Shrugs. Their moves from talib, Sanders, ward, ware, all look amazing right now.

Especially slutty. Does the thin air make those boobs look bigger?

Meh. There were 6-1 at this time last year.

We've played a pretty brutal schedule so far this year. Last year we got to play the Giants, Cowboys, Jags and Raiders in the first 7 weeks. This year the only gimme game we've had was the Jets game.

You don't play for the team, and the game the Broncos lost is their only tough game on the road. The 49ers are a mess right now and were a home game, the Chargers game was stolen by the refs and was a home game, and the Colts game was a close one, even though it was a home opener.

The Broncos are playing well, but they've caught some breaks, too.

The Colts game wasn't close until the very end of the 4th quarter. Denver wasn't playing very well early in the season, we had too many penalties, drops and blown coverages earlier in the year.

How did the refs give us the Charger game? We were flagged more than they were.
