suzzer99 10-12-2015 01:33 PM

That is not ****ing conclusive enough to overturn. **** YOU **** YOU **** YOU

Discuss Thrower 10-12-2015 01:33 PM

That's game.

KChiefs1 10-12-2015 01:33 PM

Series over fellows.

It's been a great year.

Mama Hip Rockets 10-12-2015 01:33 PM

That is such ****ing bullshit. How are you allowed to push a guy off the base?

Why Not? 10-12-2015 01:33 PM

Doesn't matter. You think Rios gets a hit there?

Bearcat 10-12-2015 01:33 PM

Wow, that's a hard one to accept.

mr. tegu 10-12-2015 01:33 PM

Sorry guys. I turned it off.

petegz28 10-12-2015 01:34 PM

I agree he was tagging him with his wrist, not the glove but whatever

RollChiefsRoll 10-12-2015 01:34 PM

Nice AB Alex. Jesus.

suzzer99 10-12-2015 01:34 PM

Yeah apparently wrist to butt is enough to overturn.

DeezNutz 10-12-2015 01:34 PM

That was the wrong ****ing call. Period.

This was never EVER what replay was designed for. That's been a SB for the entire history of major league baseball and to call a guy out on a ticky tack call like that would completely run afoul of the spirit of the rule.

By even allowing replays, though, that's what they opened themselves up to. If you allow super-slow-mo, multiple-angle replays, making calls within some subjective "spirit of the rule" is never going to happen, because of technical accuracy ability.

penbrook 10-12-2015 01:34 PM

Guys Rios wasn't gonna get a hit anyways

Actually, they recently made a new rule in which they play nine innings instead of seven. I think you might be thinking of softball or little league or something.
