The Royals had a rough, unlucky year with all the injuries and what have you.

We got hit with injuries and fatigue and experienced a definite World Series hangover in 16... but the hangover hit the Mets too. They lost Harvey, Matz and Degrom to serious arm injuries this year. Many on the site felt that they gambled on their players' careers for a chance to play the Royals in the World Series.. and they lost.

Good. F them anyway.

I was actually pulling for the Mets, not sure why, but I was. Now I don't really care who wins it all.

I kind of think the hysteria over the baseball club nicknamed "the Indians" winning a WS would be enjoying to see from a sort of masochistic point of view.

I actually had no problem with the Mets till this head hunting asshole Thor. The guy is always throwing it up above the shoulders and all you get is heis old school from the writers like Nolan Ryan. Herrera gets suspension for pointing Thor blatently says he is gonna do it and does and to meet him 60'6" if you dont like it. He gets nothing but NY praise. Hate that pussy!
