Every time Pat throws a nasty TD pass, the first thing I do is thank Clark for giving him the ability to play this game. Only makes sense.

You're right. If we really deserved to be as rich as Clark Hunt, we would have figured out a way to swim around in Lamar Hunt's ballsack 54 years ago

Hate to break this to you, srvy: no matter how much money you've already invested in bootstraps, you're never going to become a billionaire yourself. They will not let you into their club. The only actual work they do is figuring out how to keep ****ing you over. Stop carrying water for billionaires and start seeing the system for what it is.

But what if they see his 'I CUCK FOR BILLIONAIRES' bumper sticker. They'll let him in after that right?

Pretty soon we're gonna be able to time travel. So I know I'll be able to get back to 1964 or whatever. Hopefully they'll have some ballsack implantation technology by then too, so I can Rick Moranis myself right into Lamar's beanbag! Being a billionaire is gonna be so sweet.

What if they don't come back completely? What if they don't come back at all? You can't miss the trade deadline based on nothing but hope...

Veach also had this mentality BEFORE Mahomes was setting the NFL on fire. He also didn't know Berry wouldn't be able to play/DS would break his leg...or the defense would be giving up 500 yards a game.

The old guard of the AFC seems to be finally hitting the wall....and appears ripe for the taking.

I'm all about playing the long game...but I'm also aware about being opportunistic if the situation calls for it. This might one of them...KC could go the the SB THIS year and it inst a pipe dream.

KC's contractual window is around 3 years...give or take. There is no guarantee that Mahomes stays healthy for that duration either..

It's really weird to me to see some posters taking an approach of what we'll be in 4 years when our window is wide open right now and most of us are to young to have ever even seen this team in a bowl.

That is a really strange stance honestly.

The LAST thing I want to see happen if for KC to lose in an AFCG shoot out because of terrible safety play...all for hording a late 2nd round pick... that they already had two of because they let a pro-bowl CB go.

KC's saftey play IS the major reason they look terrible... and there is a multiple all-pro just sitting there. He's arguably better than Berry...and most importantly, healthy.

Mecca 09-24-2018 11:47 AM

I also don't see anything Thomas has ever done to say he won't play when he gets paid. The dude just wants to feel like he's wanted and he thinks they are trying to dick him over, you'd be mad in his spot too.

Brady looks like he’s declining, the Steelers are done and Jags have Bortles.

The opening for this team isn’t 4 years. It’s as long as Andy and Mahomes are here, which IMO could be 10 years

They go into a drop zone type of defense meanwhile we have several dudes, mainly Eric Murray who a 2nd grader understands zone better than.

You think this defense will be better in tight games? I don't.

Hear this every year..just before they run the table on the rest of the season and get to the superbowl

Not expecting it but they obviously are playing different schemes when they are way out in front.

In reality you should be playing a lot of 3 deep zone when you're winning 35-10 problem is we have several guys who suck balls at zone coverage.

This defense would improve if we had less talented guys with brains in their heads at the moment, at least in the secondary.
