Never said that "you" like being negative, just that it seems to me many here beat down anyone else that doesn't share their level of negativity to a point where some posters feel the need to prove they've been negative in the past as some kind of measure of credibility. You can look at evidence for this a few pages back in this very thread, but it's certainly not just this one.

I came to the Chiefs board for no other reason than I've become interested in the Chiefs. Wanted to find an outlet for that interest and there isn't much of it around here (sacramento) for obvious reasons. I have no agenda, no ill will, nothing. It's funny that you see the "beatdown" coming FROM the negative people but fail to acknowledge the DAILY attacks that those people have to take from people that think the Chiefs can do no wrong.

As for credibility, it's got nothing to do with negativity or optimism. Credibility here comes from football knowledge. Lots of people here, on both sides, have it.

ahh... I see now. Went to a Royals game last year. Really loved that stadium. I give both more and less of a pass to baseball teams. MORE of a pass, because of the fact that there is no cap so small market teams are at a disadvantage. LESS of a pass because there is no cap so if you're an owner making shit loads of money, you better be willing to drop a big f'n coin to improve your team. Is KC considered "small market"?
