As far as I know peters has no criminal record to speak of. He is an emotional guy that might just happen to be the best player at his position in the league. I'm not going to trade him just because he does things alittle different personally than some people in this region like. If I were the gm I would make sure he's here for a long, long time whether he wants to rant, rave, kneel or whatever as long as he helps us win more than lose which to this point he clearly has....

Terez said on 610 that Peters won't sign a deal here. That is his belief and he is the most trusted reporter we have. Moving him now would be a smart move or you may get nothing. Tagging him will only cause more of problems. He's embarassed the Hunts with more than one incident, fought with coaches like he did in college, had an fbombed filled interview after he was suspended. He's immature and a jerkoff. Even if the Hunts are willing to put up with him that doesn't matter if he won't sign long term. Terez is probably right, it feels like he is. Moving him now is the best move we can make with him.

I mean, that's a pretty damn big story. He could have lent some credence to the trade rumors. That's how you make it as a national sports guy. You start local and you break big stories that are local. You don't just sit on them and then mention that shit off-hand on the radio.

He’s referring to that post about 610 replaying Terez audio from December saying he doesn’t think Peters wants to be here. He didn’t even hear it himself, and i think it’s very strange that Terez supposedly said this back in December and we’re just now hearing about it.

That has the ultimate out too. When they don't trade him, he will just say "Well they tried to trade him but nobody would meet their price because of Peters attitude."
