Then it wasn't a high ankle sprain. Great news.

I’d suggest you’re far more scared than anyone of losing the precious #1 seed. So scared that you are willing to risk everything to get it.

There is no ****ing risk. He's not even on the injury report anymore. Get it through your head - he's going to play and he's going to be fine. Unless you have zero trust in the Chiefs. And if that's the case, you're not scared. You're just a ****ing loser.

So Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes are cowards?

LMAO LMAO LMAO

Mahomes would push to play even if he had broken all the bones in his body. It’s ultimately on the coaches/team to protect him from himself when necessary.

I just hope it wasn’t necessary in this case.

Hey guys, Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes are cowards. They'd risk everything to get the #1 seed.

Yeah this sounds like he just aggravated the old high ankle he had. It's not a new injury.

It wasn't. You're being deliberately and unnecessarily negative about the whole situation.

He’s going to play and sure, he might be fine. He also might re-injure the ankle too playing a meaningless December game against the Texans.

One would hope the coaches know what they are doing and the risk is minimal of that.

Only time will tell. My priority is Mahomes’ health a month from now. Really all that matters to me at this point in the season.

Why do you even log in to this site before January?

The regular season is completely meaningless according to you, so I’m surprised you watch the games and are even aware of what’s going on before the playoffs start.

And he might sit out only to get hurt against Pittsburgh. He might sit out, they lose the #1 seed, and he gets hurt in one of TWO games he wouldn't even have to play.

Yeah, you're scared. You're ignoring the fact that he has much less risk of injury playing two less games and it gives the entire team rest.

All because he "might" get reinjured despite every sign from the team that he's ready to go.

To make sure our core players stay healthy for a playoff run.

Sitting against Denver and getting a first round bye would get him the most time to heal before the playoffs.

You're not looking at this beyond Saturday. You're so convinced of the risk on Saturday that you're ignoring what's sitting right in front of you.

You should probably trust the best QB to ever play the game more. Because he agrees with me 100%.
