All you have to do is click on the bobgretz.com link in the opening post, and it is usually the first story there.

But, by the 3rd preseason game, it better be over and done with if the coaches want any kind (and I stress any kind) of continuity on offense. Running the 3rd team WRs out there with the 1st team offense doesn't really do anything but screw with the cohesion of the unit at this point.

I like the message that's being sent, but everyone knows who the best players are at that position. I can't speak for all the things that Bowe apparently doesn't do well enough to Haley's liking. But I'd like to think that his impact will outweigh the ego of the coach. Even if he has to be corrected by Bradley from time to time when lining up.

Very very good point.

There has to come a point in time where Haley has to just insert him into the starting unit w/ Cassel...It's a no-brainer, the whole world knows Bowe is the best receiver on Kansas Citys roster. They have to establish cohesion as a unit, and sooner or later I hope Haley can realize this.

Bull. Enough proving a point that Bowe isn't as good as he thinks he is. Get the entire offense together and let them play. It didn't do anybody much good having Cassel throw to guys who might not ever start this year let alone make the team. Cassel couldn't get into a rhythm. The OL didn't get tested that much, etc.

Jason is right.

It is about consistency.

Make him show not only in the game, but in practice as well.

This team isn't going to win more than 5 games this season anyway, so who gives a rat's ass if Cassel and Bowe aren't quite on the same page yet.

They'll have the whole ****ing season to get on that page.

OK, it's not that big of a deal to me where all sorts of links are floating around on this particular topic/thread, but I'll either post the link from now on or just read it and forget about copying the info over here.

Whatever. He was injured yet still played in the game saturday.

If you want to call somebody weak because of getting injured then Mike Brown should be the #1 target.
