The Packers are most likely the reason that Otis Taylor and Ed Budde and Jerry Mays and Johnny Robinson are not in the Hall of Fame, and why the 60s Chiefs aren't known as one of the NFL's premier dynasties. The Vikings, on the other hand, likely are heavily responsible for several Chiefs being in the Hall of Fame.
