Man this D could really use Sorenson.

I think people are underestimating what his return alone can do.

Parker has been reading plays wrong ever since he got back and his tackling is so freaking bad. Sorenson at least does both of those at an average level.

I actually like what I saw from Josh Shaw and want to keep him around.

Dirty Dan, Lucas and Murray will probably be the starters but I’d like to see them have Shaw rotate in and have Parker as the 5th safety.

I hope to see Berry, Dirty Dan, Lucas, Watts and Shaw as the 5 safeties by years end.

Were in first place no need to rush him back. You bring him back healthy because if hes playing in January that pass to Gronk doesnt happen and Sonny Michelle is picking her teeth up off the field. If he comes back we will finally raise the trophy named after our great owner.

We're going to be moving on from Berry and/or Houston in the next year or two barring the fountain of youth being discovered. Let the kids play and get experience.

He won't be back "healthy" though. It's not an injury, it's a deformity. It's going to be painful no matter what he does, short of having surgery.

I dont mean to be a smart ass but why does everyone on here without any medical knowledge continue to suggest he needs surgery?

Aside from the 10" cocks, knowing more about NFL talent than every GM and coach in the NFL, they also know more about sports injuries than Dr James Andrews.

Because that's what every article has said or at least intimated, including the one in the OP.

You absolutely and completely missed the entire point.

Or maybe you're nit-picking (lie vs. not divulging all the details they have), all while missing the point that a guy, a rather highly paid guy, hasn't played yet, hasn't practiced, and few think if he's able to play on Friday the 5th (of some month) that he'd play on Sunday the 7th without having practiced.

IOW, we're paying WAAAAAAY to much for a guy who looks like he's going to miss more than half the season. And few of us think his being out "today" (being day-to-day) is a shock every day when he comes in and says, "welp folks, not today (either)".

Nobody is making a diagnosis. They're SPECULATING on a sports message board, which is the whole purpose of sports message boards.

Everyone assuming the bone deformity is the problem and not the bursa being inflamed.

You specifically being the guy that has been the most adamant that we go all in on a SB run this season, it would seem you would be fine with the hold him out as long as possible then get as many games out of him as you can later in the year approach and not be worried about him having surgery this off season.
