What does that have to do with defense specifically?

How quaint.

That’s generous of you to call the donks middling

LMAO Holy shit, that's even worse. Dane Brugler is correct, you're just a moron that can't properly comprehend

#1 Dual Threat QB in the class =\= #1 Overall QB in the class

No kidding. It’s pretty hard to see them being better than 3rd or 4th from the bottom of the AFC. With a solid shot at dead last.

Here's a reputable recruiting site and their rankings:

https://247sports.com/Season/2019-Fo...sitionGroup=QB

He was NOT #1 and was ranked below both Spencer Rattler and Jayden Daniels.

That said, recruiting rankings mean dick and it only matters how the player actually performs when the lights are brightest.

Oh, for sure. High School rankings mean almost **** all when it comes to success at the NFL level, but it's hilarious to dunk on Knowmo when he says such easily disprovable bullshit.

If we want to talk about defense specifically:

The Pac-12 gave up 26.8 ppg in 2023
The SEC gave up 24.3 ppg in 2023.

Keep in mind that the Pac-12 just had three QB's picked in the top 12 and has another top 12 pick coming out next year, in Shedeur Sanders.

Nix is stepping into a division with an elite chiefs d, raiders have a pretty good d and the chargers should have a good d with their new coaches.

Nix may die this year

Everyone remember when they raved about the same exact things from Mac Jones?

31 games played at Alabama
77% completion percentage his last year
Very smart

Where is Mac Jones today Knowmo?

Keep in mind that those guys were expected to be drafted early while Nix was expected to go in the 2nd or 3rd round.

If Bo is what Payton thinks he is, Denver will be in great shape over the next five years. The Broncos took their medicine with the Russ contract and are set to have a full slate of draft picks for the first time in years. Hitting on a franchise QB without giving up the farm in order to do so is a major boon for the Broncos.

Every other contender is dealing with an exorbitant QB contract and the cap challenges that come with it. Then you have teams, like KC, that are overpaying older stars who are on the precipice of a steep, age-related decline.

Denver and Houston are ready to do some damage.

Sassy Squatch 04-30-2024 02:46 PM

Reminder that Knowmo was bitchmade enough to actually root for a Chiefs victory in Super Bowl XVII if it meant Reid would retire.

He won’t be starting. He’s about to lose an open competition to Zach Wilson
