Thank you for moving into KU's spot. We were getting tired of it.

You still have your spot...last. Although, thanks in part to MU, you'll move from 12th to 10th.

The guy who wrote that article must not realize that we only play 3 instead of 4 like the rest of the conferences... And that most of the ten hardest schedules in the nation are made up of Big12 teams.

And yet, KU has more top-10 AP finishes the past 40 years than MU does. Sad.

Are you talking about football? In which years did ku finish in the top 10? In which years did MU finish in the Top 10?

Wait a minute...KU fans repeatedly assured us that the Big 10 never, ever, had any interest or talks with Missouri, etc....and now suddenly the Big 10 wants Mizzou so bad it is trying to talk them into leaving the SEC? You cannot have it both ways, either the Big 10 was interested, or they never were. It makes no logical sense for the Big 10 to be interested in Mizzou now, if they were not interested in Mizzou previously, when Mizzou was more available.

While re-alignment may very well not be done, it makes little sense for any SEC team to leave given the current financials, and the future financial outlook.

Why are you always so defensive? It's just a link. Besides, the author isn't a KU fan anyway, he's a West Virginia alum. Settle down.

Maybe the Sporting News writer didn't know that...or maybe he watched the top two teams from the Big 12 go a combined 0-3 with three blowout losses last year against the good non-conference opponents they faced (Notre Dame, Oregon, and aTm).

Honestly...what is the best out of conference win by a Big 12 team last year?

It is just a link from a source that has not been right or accurate about anything in the re-alignment process. You need to settle down, learn how to read, and post something relevant to the discussion.

Trying to paint others as obsessive when you yourself are the obesessor does not make you look intelligent in any way.

Texas scored two late touchdowns to beat Oregon State by a final score of 31-27 in a bowl game after trailing 27-17 to start the fourth quarter. It was the only Big 12 win of the season over a non-conference opponent who ended the season ranked.

The author is a W. Virginia fan, you obviously didn't know that or you wouldn't have blamed "KU fans" for being hypocrites. That's why i post the articles, so people (like you) can read them and find out who is arguing what point.

Bambi 06-26-2013 01:52 PM

You guys should really stop with the arguing back and forth about what conference is better.

This thread is about realignment,

Oh good Lord...please go back to elementary school and learn how to read. You completely missed the point and are blind to your own hypocrisy....really, it is time to stop obsessing over Mizzou....go get yourself an education, please.

Why is this thread still alive?

Just make sure you actually read a link before you start blasting KU fans. I know it's a knee jerk reaction from you people but try and rise above it, cool?

I think everyone would be well-served if it were left to die.
