heck the chiefs expect our middle linebacker to play the run AND also cover the deep middle on pass plays.


Bell isn't suited for that at all

I thought he had pretty good position this past week and he was even able to get one hand in to try to break it up. That's a huge improvement from earlier in the year. He's never been asked to play the pass before in a cover 2 or go one-on-one with receivers and TE's.
