You said you can see IP addresses, so if that is all you can do (I was also suggesting that you still have or reaquired mod/admin powers) then anyone that may suggest it was me wouldn't have much to stand on.

I can see IP's, post announcements (similar to sticky threads), and moderate posts, threads, and attachments (a worthless power because all of those things are wide open).
