If the Chiefs hurried to the line and made it look like something was 'fishy' about the catch Green Bay is throwing the red flag on the field with or without confirmation from the guys upstairs.

You guys are off your rockers if you think otherwise.

Coaches don't risk wasting a time out because they think the opposing offense is being fishy. A player who was around the play will usually tell the coach what really happened or what he thought happened.
