I'm still trying to decide whether or not to renew mine, I have until March 5th.

I gave them up after Vermeil's 13-3 year. Had them since 1983. I've never been happier with a decision.

Season Tickets

And who do you think is in charge of the information that comes from the fans who are not re-newing their season tickets? Well I'm sure it's in the hands of the President of the Chiefs organization. You think King Carl will let it be known what the fanbase is saying? I'm sure he will have those that complain about him covered up so Clark is unable to find out the truth. He's smart enough to come up with some excuse aside from his own worthless ass.

It will be interesting to see who he throws under the bus or what excuse he articulates to the media should he be questioned. Of course he always has Sausage Fingered Gretz and Dawes to run interference. Just wait and see what comes out in their next writings. Something he can't sweep under the rug, but I'll bet anything that his cronies come up with some falsehoods to limit the damage.

I'll still attend a couple of games....maybe; but the financial and emotional investment, was not a postive cost-benefit analysis in my mind...considering where ticket prices have gone, and are headed.

Say "hello" to the wine-and-cheese and corporate weekly "winners" crowd....as opposed the the REAL "real fans," thank you Bob Dumbass Gretz. GFY, and your CP cock-smoking hobby.

Looks like a roadtrip to St Joe for a party will be a piece of cake now.

Seriously Rob,I know how you feel been there done that two years ago myself. It'll feel strange at first but always keep one thing in mind, you're the customer and the only voice you have is to do what you're doing.

Interesting. What was the straw that broke the camel's back for you? (you don't usually hear of people jumping ship after a GOOD year)

Just another 1 and out in the playoffs that I predicted beforehand. Also, I mind fighting crowds and traffic a lot more than I used to...

Unfortunately, my house falls under that damn rule too. I will live through it though. Anything that ultimately gets Carl fired is a good thing.

Yep. Very tough decision. I used to give CP the benefit of the doubt. Not anymore. I did get a call at work yesterday from a red coater. I was off on vacation so he just left a message. I will most likely call him back this afternoon. I hope he is ready. :cuss:

Are you gonna use your best Italian voice and yell at him till your hands are tired?

I've got a different relationship to the organization than you all do, but I'll say that this last season was extremely liberating. While there are a lot of wonderful things that came with our trips to KC, it was also a TON of pressure, stress, and expense. It was nice to have our weekends back. Not to mention, I just didn't care as much as I have in the past, when my entire week would basically be focused on football.

Anything that keeps you from having to watch the Chiefs play is probably a good thing as well.

i haven't had a season ticket since 2003, but I formerly still went to about half the games.

I don't think I'm going again until Carl is gone. It's just fruitless to invest yourself in a team that's got no interest in contending for a championship or a clue how to do it, and regards their fan base with utter contempt. It's 8 hours or so and at least a hundred dollars every Sunday to attend just per person, including tailgate. Time and money I could use on something productive. I don't even really get into the games on TV as much as I used to.

Just not worth getting invested in this two-bit organization anymore.
