Colon cleansing is stupid. You don't need that stuff. If you've ever had a colonoscopy, you'd know that the stuff they try and sell you is unnecessary. And the process is NOT relaxing.

It probably isn't all that therapeutic, but I don't see any harm in getting that thing in post #43 out of your body.

There are lots of explanations of what that could be, but it's certainly not normal to have ANYTHING like that in your body. There's absolutely no proof that whatever that is came out of a healthy individual that underwent a "colon cleansing" procedure.

Just wait til you have your first colonoscopy. I can pretty much guarantee you'll never see anything like that come out of your ass.

You're probably right, I just read the story and the dude said he was bleeding every time he took a dump.

Apparently it is very helpful. I haven't done one, butt I think it is something worth looking into, and was curious ass to who here does preventive rear maintenance?

American people have the highest rate of colon-rectal cancer of all the nations in the world. It now accounts for more deaths of Americans than ever before in history. Most people think it's a dirty or embarrassing subject, but cancer and death are worse. By maintaining the health of your colon can help to significantly improve your health overall and limit the occurrence of chronic constipation and diarrhea.

You sound like the cop that was also in Fast Times At Ridgemont High on the stakeout. His line had to do with the average male having 15 lbs. of undigested meat in their bodies when they die.

That was one of the best scenes of that movie.
