Nope.

It was a laid back, matter-of-fact "get a clue", not a testosterone-fueled "get a clue!!!" scream-like thing.

Get a clue.

Who's the real estate genius in your family? That's 5 bathrooms: 3 full, 2 half. Two half bathrooms do not make a full bathroom. How do you do the math with a 3/4 bath? Huh? With your math a 5 bathroom house with 2 full and three 3/4 baths would be 4-1/4 baths.

"This house has 4 and a 1/4 bathrooms."
"Wow, I've never seen a 1/4 bathroom"
"Yeah, it's just a sink"

Urinal dude, urinal!!!

1/4 bath automatically increases property value over a 1/2 bath!

:doh!: Yeah, but a sink can serve both purposes in a pinch. I don't think I'd try to wash my hands in a urinal. Do urinal cakes double as soap?

Ban? I pos repped the guy.

If Bowner found a public record of Bill buying a house then its confirmed. It proves that at least he didn't just make it up and decide to post some BS to watch the Planet react.

Now, that doesn't mean that he's coming here but, why would Bill buy a house in the KC area?

Most homes that show 2.25 baths actually have 3 “bathrooms” involved that total this configuration. The most common setup is one “full bath” plus one “3/4 bath” plus one “1/2″ bath, that totals 1 + .75 + .50 = 2.25 total baths.

Bowener didn't find a public record of Cowher buying a house, only a public record of Cowher owning a house.
