You were refering to the whole team stuffing the run and I pointed out the Raiders scored the game winning touchdown running the ball.
We also couldn't stop the run at all last year. So we picked a guy that could help us with that. And we did stop the run much better today. Certainly much better than anyone on this board thought we would.

Now THIS I agree with- we played the prevent and our safeties looked lost back there.

We rushed only 4 that whole series and the line including (Action Jackson) went up against a wall.

So say they had limited the Raiders to 1 yard rushing. But that 1 yard was the TD run, they didn't stop the run game?

So instead of drafting Donald Washington there wasn't a guy in the 4th round who could play aginst the run? This team is 7 million under the cap floor too. They could have overpayed for a guy like Greg Ellis instead they did nothing.

If they stopped the run that would mean they stopped Mcfadden and probably would have won the game. They didn't and they lost. Thats not stopping the run.

It's his first year...I personally think it's refreshing to see a rookie start...AND

He's a "contain" type player and from the rushing yards the raiders put up I think he did his job.
