Sure, Herm simply wasnt getting it done, 6 wins in 2 seasons, Epic Fail...what i will give him credit for, is recognizing that this team needed a frame-up restoration & going for it with the right basic plan...defense, run, clock...but just didnt have the acumen to pull it all off.

Also, his drafts were much better than any of Gun or Vermeils IMO.

But, his 'offensive offense' @ Indy pretty well sealed his fate with me.

Give Herm another year and a good O.C. He would of got the job done. Herm was just starting to rebuild.
