That's great you do realize when you talk draft if you're 50/50 you're doing a nice job but hey just pick out ones you think I got wrong don't pick out the ones I got right.

No shit. I don't know why there's such a big buzz around it. We have one true playmaker on his team and the only guy we want to draft is a guy who will take the ball out of his hands.

Completely different cast of front office guys. I hope I'm right but not holding hope that you might be right.

this is true; font office is different.
last year was a bit different for their first draft; they weren't taking a QB ec, and were switching to 3-4.

hopefully this year, we'll get a real indicatino of their philosophy (playmakers vs. 'safe' picks etc).

True, but they were not on the same page most of the season either. And that is not sight seen, that is just what I heard.

Yeah, we saw your great WR analysis last year with Crabtree. Man, he sucks, huh?

Dez Bryant is a stud. I don't really want him because I think Berry is a bigger need.

But, you haven't exactly been spot on with your 'analysis'.

Orapko, Hali, Crabtree were all going to suck... and they have been far from that.

Sanchez was going to be great... and he has been far from it.

Clady was going to suck... yet.... he is outstanding.

Just wondering what exactly you look at when making your analysis.

Since his head is shove pretty much completely up his own ass ... his view is rather limited.

I said Crabtree wasn't worth a top 5 pick because there wasn't enough separating him and Hakeem Nicks who would go 20 some odd picks later and guess what...there still isn't as Nicks has performed better than Crabtree.

And Dwayne Jarret will be the best WR from that class. Don't forget that. His speed doesn't matter, because all he does is make plays.

The importance of the safety position, especially in a 3-4, has gone up exponentially over the last few years. A few teams have taken safeties in the top 5 or close to it, and almost none of them regret it. In my opinion, it's one of the top 3 most important positions in a 3-4.

Yeah, and that one true playmaker was taken in the 3rd round. I don't think anyone should be grabbing a RB before the first 15 picks anymore. It just doesn't make sense.

Yeah, I'd like a playmaker with either pick.

But not a RB; because good RB's are easy to find.

Depends what all they can do, if anything Chris Johnson is spiking Spillers value as much as Spillers awesome season did.

It is especially hard to pick whom to draft when you have so many needs.

Does St Louis go QB with the number one pick? I can't see them going safety at one.

St Louis
Bradford or Clausen
Okung or Suh

Detroit
Berry, Suh, Okung

KC
Berry, Okung, Bryant (if he tears up a combine)

I can't see them drafting another DL. Maybe Suh falling is the way the Chiefs can trade down.

Dayze 12-27-2009 03:40 PM

what "if" there is a QB there?

what do the Chiefs do?
