This based on two games. Which happen to be the two of the best defensive games the Chiefs have played in probably a decade, even with the two plays that Barry was burned on.

I wouldn't even post about it if there was anything even remotely logical about it. I'm one of the guy's biggest fans (Petro, that is). But it was hilarious listening.

It was before his voice jumped about 3 octaves higher and he started ranting like a puberty teenager...

But i agree with your post. I think its silly talk and just trying to drive ratings...

Shhhhhsh!

orange is trying to think of a witty comeback right now.

It's easy to make excuses for a player if the team is winning

Uhh, if that were the case, we wouldn't have a daily Matt Cassel Bonfire.

And after I repped you for a sense of humor.

You really need to go back a third time ... your socialization skills are lacking.

p.s. I never memorized Pulp Fiction. I guess that's what you consider "wit." I didn't.

(I turned it off as soon as the soccer talk started)

lol.
I'm not..I can just hear it in my head.
:p

Chiefs players that Petro would have railed on using the same thought process....

Deron Cherry
Kevin Ross
Emmitt Thomas (yes I am old enough to have seen him play)

And we all know how well they turned out

At my age, 3rd grade sounds like a lot of fun - and a lot less responsibility. So, in short, GLADLY!

I'm a piker compared to your ability to retort in a witty, intellectual manner. I can't possibly keep up with you. I'm just hopeful to somehow stay in the game.

Petro has gone down hill, how far has KC radio fallen, when i rather listen to Nick Wright than anybody else.

the Talking Can 09-21-2010 10:34 AM

Petro said Cassel and Brokie were one of the best QB tandem's in the league

Berry has done a lot of good things, like be second in tackles the first game and first in tackles the second game....He's a large ****ing reason our run support is better

yeah, when he screws up every idiot in a trailer park sees it...bfd

how's Wes Welker doing?

Wright is brutal. I can't listen to that dude for more than 30 seconds.

Sometimes I wonder if these guys do this just to stir up some conversation.

The answer is yes. Sports talk radio is all about the reactionary, kneejerk and overreaction.

It keeps people talking and most importantly, listening...

You could tune in to any random city today and hear a radio guy rip on his team.
