Lots and lots of play action, but be willing to risk the pick. We're going to need some big plays to win and a you won't get that throwing to your fullback off a play-fake.

This is the way to go.

It does make one realize that good ILBs help against both the run and the pass.

The other thing you hear with fast ILBs is to simply run straight at them and put a bigger helmet on them. If Willis can outmuscle a guard in a one-on-one, then he deserves to make the tackle. But I think Lilja and Waters match up well on him.
