Smith didn't get caught. I don't see any solid evidence that he did anything. I think he did do it. I am pretty sure everybody THINKS he did it. I don't see any evidence of him actually doing it.

All the horrible O-linemen of the NFL could potentially band together and get all those mean d-linemen that keep embarrassing them fined because apparently being accused of grabbing some guys junk in the pile is a $10,000 offense.

Yeah but with that standard any random player who gets beat by Smith can just grab hold of his nuts and roll around on the ground, drawing a flag or a fine. Smith brought this state of a affairs on himself, but at some point the NFL would have to have stronger evidence.
