It said for a one time price of $44.95 you get to view up to 4500 channels. You also get some sort of dvr.

I wouldn't....have tried things like this when I was too young to know better. Basically, they just give you links that you can get from other sites for free. Total scam, any software you download, once again, you can get on other sites for free.....never pay to watch streams on the net, if it is important enough, free streams can be found in many places.
