Yeah, it's hard for the pro-Stanzi crowd to feel real good about watching two rookies in a playoff game, when they've been told that "rookies don't start" and how not-ready Stanzi was.

It still shocks me that they went this whole year, playing the likes of Cassel, Palko, and Orton, and never once put Stanzi in just to see what he had.

Just like Roethlisberger, Sanchez, and most successful rookie QB's... to be fair, Yates is playing with one of the best rushing attacks in the league, #1 in rushing attempts, tied with Denver's 1937 offense and well clear of any other team. They almost had two 1000 yard rushers. Not to mention one of the best defenses in the league: 4th in points, 2nd in yards.
