I'm upset that the Patriot Way has infected Kansas City.

We need a front office like they have in New York. One that brings in gobs of talents and finds guys like Victor Cruz and JPP.

I don't buy that. They went 11-5 with Matt freakin Cassel. Clearly there is more to it than Tom Brady.

Yeah, but they get players cheap because of him. Case in point: Brian Waters was looking for the right opportunity to convince him not to retire. He just played in a Super Bowl. Players go there because they believe in Brady.

Sure, Belichick's in there as well, but if he doesn't do much within 3 years of Brady's retirement, the "Patriot Way" dies, IMO.

People forget that Tom Coughlin is a part of the Parcells' tree too... just like Belichick is. The Parcells' way still won a Super Bowl tonight.

Tom Coughlin didn't do shit in Jacksonville.

He's fortunate he hooked up with that fantastic talent farm in NY.

You could say the same thing about Belichick in Cleveland though. Coughlin actually did much more in Jax than Belichick did in Cleveland. He made the playoffs several times and had a winning playoff record. And he might be a bigger pain in the neck than Belichick is... which is hard to believe. He has every bit the edge that Parcells/Belichick/Pioli have... if not worse.
