My whole point: if it's some random chick in the community. It's a no brainer. He keeps his job. The AD doesn't even have to make a show of suspending him with pay. It's more complicated since she's an employee. I'm sure he will keep his job, but they now have to at least make a show of investigating the ethics of it. It also gives journalists a lot more ground to explore.
