LMAO

I didn't have one Redskin playing yesterday in FF and STILL enjoyed the game.

Seriously though that might just do it for me.

This was my decision last night. I no longer live in KC, and I put a lot of effort into following the team. If they aren't willing to put the same effort into building a winner, I'm ****ing done.

Not that any of you care if I'm a fan or not, but I just thought I would echo this sentiment. Maybe if enough people voice it, someone at arrowhead will listen.

A fan is a fan, win or lose. Being a fan isn't about blind optimism or not having realistic expectations. I want my team to do well. Whenever they don't, that doesn't mean I stop wanting them to.

I like this answer as I don't really ever give up,I just don't spend near the money supporting them like I used to and I don't allow myself to get too emotionally involved anymore.

I watch when I can. I don't live in KC so I very rarely get to see the Chiefs play. I stopped buying the Sunday Ticket three seasons ago. It was free this weekend so I was happy to be able to watch. At least for a 1/2. The second 1/2? Ugh.

I don't think I will ever stop being a fan. I have, however, stopped getting wrapped up in it. If there is something better to do on Sunday than watch NFL, I'll do that now. My kids are only little once.

This is pretty much where I'm at as well. I'll still watch and be a "fan" but I'm sure as hell not spending any money to go to games. And if they are sucking and there's a better game on the other network, I'll watch it instead.

Now all that would change if I felt the organization was committed to winning, but I'm not seeing that right now.

So if your favorite restaurant all of a sudden starts serving you shitty food all the time, are you going to continue to go there?

So if your wife puts on 15 lbs are you going to divorce here? If your kid gets a B in school are you gonna kick them out?

It's game 1 and you guys just got beat by a better team on this day.

You're comparing personal relationships with business relationships. It's not the same thing.

And it's not just the one game that has people irritated, it's the same shit that's been going on since...well...pretty much forever.

Well try change every year like my Raiders have and see how that works out for you....

There are no easy games in the NFL anymore.... You guys were out manned, you were depleted on defense and they took advantage of it....

It wasn't like the Chiefs got destroyed...

R8RFAN 09-10-2012 11:07 AM

Won't matter anyway if that ****ing robot in Denver plays like that this year...
