I'm just starting to lose interest in the NFL in general. My opinion of Goodell isn't much better than my opinion of Pioli. The games are two-thirds commercials and bullshit, ticket prices are through the roof, as is the cost of merchandise, and I have no doubt at this point that the officiating is rigged. And not in a way that will favor the Chiefs, unless we manage to land a Manning-like superstar who will generate interest and jersey sales. We're about the smallest market there is with pretty much zero national following, and the powers that be have no interest in our success.

I sometimes wonder if Pioli was sent here to destroy the franchise, and if he is retained, I'll be pretty much convinced that is the case. Clark gets paid whether we win or lose - doesn't seem like he cares much while he's hanging out with Chip at Buffy at his local Dallas country club.

Fail by me. Didn't see you meant Sunday Ticket as well. I don't buy it just for the Chiefs. I love watching all the games, especially with Fantasy Football. Plus I would miss having all my friends over on Sunday. Also would put to waste the TV's I have for it. It wouldn't be for the Chiefs though.

Outside of that I haven't spent a dime this year, certainly wouldn't last year.

The only money I have spent on anything Chiefs related since Cassel has been here were the playoff tickets. After seeing it with my own eyes, I knew there was no way I would support these jokers with the money I work so hard for and have better things to spend it on.

It's a shame because I used to spend a few grand a year supporting this team in various ways.

Pioli/Cassel/Romeo all need to hit the road and Geno Smith and a GOOD head coaching hire needs made for me to give a **** again enough for them to EARN my money again.

**** no - I quit watching the Bengals game at halftime...same with the Steelers game, and the Chargers Thursday Nighter. I mean they were on...but I didn't bother watching the suck, per se. Sound off, tunes on...it's kinda like a reverse-laugh track. Just on to look at the score or watch MVP Colquitt pin the opposing offense within the 5 so they can have a 98-yard drive...the comedy of errors rolls on, whether we pay attention or not.

Mizzou has sucked so bad this year...The Chiefs have broken my heart irrepairably...I'm pretty much totally done with NCAA ball. And now...the NFL, they don't pay taxes ("not for profit"), they're as fixed as the WWE...and as long as Clark Hunt owns this team, it will never be truly elite, mark my words.

I'm pretty much at the point that I'm a Todd Haley fan as far as the NFL goes and wish him the best of luck...but I'm pretty much just done with the whole mess.

My friend thinks it's extreme, but hell, I could get a lot accomplished on Sundays from Sept- Jan in the 10-12 hrs I usually spend in front of the tube watching overpaid man-children play a game with a ball, just to earn some giant bag of douche like Chunt some extra scrill. It ultimately accomplishes nothing.

I can invite my friends to come over and grill, and it doesn't cost $27 a car to park and $50-$100 a person to watch the game. Plus, if the football sucks, we have Redzone channel...
