How would AP win comeback player of the year?

He played in every game last year. He was injured in the final game.

I don't think he fits this criteria.

That's actually a really good point.

Fair enough.

I'll just agree to disagree. Now, Brady is kind of a victim of circumstance but the records show...he hasn't won anything since spygate (2004).

And I'd agree with the point you are alluding to here.

It's really easy.

These hacks can make up any criteria they want to justify the pick, and they will, as they always do.

Oh, I have a new stalker.

Yay, me.

If by skimming threads and consistently finding you with diaper rash, then yep. Chalk me up as a modern day John Hinckley.

He came back from serious injury... one that some thought might end his career... to have the season he's having. It's not the ****ing tough.

Maybe if these chumps had listened to me and signed Manning, I'd be happy.

Hard to argue about either of them winning it, both are very deserving.

Demonpenz 12-16-2012 11:48 PM

AD is having an awesome year, but Running backs don't mean shit that much anymore.

clyde05 12-17-2012 02:26 AM

AP had 970 yards and 12 tds before he got hurt last year, those are pretty good numbers that he is going to get ready to shatter, that being said my vote goes to Peyton because AP did have good year last year, he just worked his ass off in rehab.

Hootie 12-17-2012 02:34 AM

I'm not bashing Peterson, I just don't think he fits the criteria for the award.

I think it has to go to Peyton, but Jamaal Charles should probably finish 2nd.

AussieChiefsFan 12-17-2012 02:43 AM

AP, he'll get Comback player. MVP will probably go to Peyton.

Sorter 12-17-2012 02:45 AM

I think both are deserving of both awards. I'd probably give Peyton Comeback Award as he was out a full season. AP is carrying a horrific team that is currently the 6th seed in the NFC IIRC. How that is possible with the abortion of QB and secondary play that team has, I have no idea.
