What do you look for in a QB in the draft?
What type of offensive linemen do you prefer, why?
What is the most important position on defense?
Is there a position that's easier to fill in FA than the draft?
What positions, on offense or defense, do you think can be game changer?
In the modern NFL, how much time can you give a player you drafted until he needs to produce on the field or get cut?

Teams will trade up for a franchise LT--and if they think we will take him that means that they would have to trade up to the top spot.

If Geno grades out as a top 10 pick, then you probably pull the trigger at the top spot anyway. If he and the rest of the QBs grade out in the end of the first round, trading back is the responsible thing to do.

I want a QB and the thought of drafting a LT drives me wild. I have watched Joeckel's vids numerous time and did so critically, but I have to admit he is VERY GOOD! Just talk about football. Just ask generic football questions. Get them talking about the game - not their team, not their strategy - just the game of football. I guarantee you will get more information out of "Why do you think some guys bust?" than "who are you drafting #1?!"

If you get them talking, they will reveal attitudes, thoughts, opinions that they would never explicitly express when asked for them directly.
