Working at a car lot for 4 years is pretty significant here. It showed that in the past he was selling at the least. They don't pay you to not sell.

Sorry Diddy but I would have whooped some ass and then when those pussys called the cops on me, you know they would have too, I would press charges at that point.

By I would have punched every ****er involved.

I play on a rec softball team where the young guys thing it's funny to tap each other in the nuts. I explained to them that I would be tapping anybody in the chin with my fist the first time somebody racked me in the balls. They got the message. I'm all about a joke but screw painful jokes unless all parties are willing participants.

Pass on getting tapped in the nuts.

I would say the guy is a paper pusher of some kind and not selling cars. Maybe that's what SimplyRed meant.

The video says Sam Harless is the General Manager.
Fred Fincher Motors is a used car dealer. No comment.

The lawsuit lists the Defendants as Patricia Harless, Sam Harless, P.P.D., Fincher Inc., et. al. in Harris County Civil Court. Cause # 1035300.

Not on the Docket yet.

She's a Texas State Representative and part owner is my guess.

Yep. Someone gets 1 chance to mistakenly think I would think that was funny.

Oh. Sorry about doing that when we met for dinner a few years back. I thought it was funny.

And by the way, as a result of this thread I've implemented a new policy at my own office. Employees are not allowed to taser each other. The only taser use will be by either direct supervisors or managers, and only with an HR person present. Tasers will be used only in quarterly or annual performance reviews where warranted.

To put things into perspective, if you start randomly punching and fighting people there's a possibility the police and court system might charge you with third degree felony battery even if there were practical stun gun jokes. Taking "the bitch" way out and getting a million plus in damages might be the more logical choice over pretending to be a tough guy and having a felony on your record.

If I ever have to work for someone I want to work for you.
