Sorry to hear this. Been thru a few surgeries with the wife in that area and my dad as well. PM me if needed. My sister-law has beat 2 rounds of cancer in that area.

We're bringing her home. Looks like we might've dodged cancer, but we're waiting on biopsies. Based on what we know, she has diverticulitis. Apparently, she had a polyp in her lower intestine rupture, then get infected. The antibiotics are helping. We're going to schedule surgery to have a resection and removal of that part of her colon. They want the antibiotics to reduce the infection as much as possible before the procedure.

Dad had the exact same thing in July. He's fine!

Took a couple weeks to feel right, but it's all good once everything heals up!
