That's a dumb move by the Chiefs, IMO. I don't like that.

Nothing against Steve Gregory but Dorsey simply didn't do enough.

Unless UDFA Daniel Sorensen is a stud

Dorsey didn't do enough anywhere.

RealSNR 07-31-2014 06:47 PM

I also haven't heard ANY reports whatsoever of Gaines being lined up as a safety in training camp practice

This...The joke of an off season will rear its ugly head in more places as the season continues.

Chiefs went into this off-season needing defensive back and wide receiver help.

Their answers? Weston Dressler and Phillip Gaines while subtracting Flowers.

Makes no sense.

The Chiefs are doing everything they can to win a Super Bowl this year!

They also completely ignored WR in a draft chock full of incredible talent at the position.

They DO, however, get a participation trophy for Emmanuel Sanders

Haven't you seen the practice reports? We have at least 5 All-Pros in the making at WR on our team.

If almost anyone else posted this, I'd think sarcasm and not give it a 2nd thought.

But you posted this, so I have no idea if this is sarcasm.

Take a wild guess. I've said, time and time again, that our WR core was absolute crap even with Bowe on the team. My opinion on that hasn't changed just because they've been able to make plays on a possibly even worse secondary.

Why Not? 07-31-2014 08:52 PM

Dorsey will poach another corner after cuts like he did with cooper

suzzer99 07-31-2014 08:58 PM

He's pretty good on Meet The Press. Can't hurt to give him a look.

At #24 in the waiver claim order, there will be no poaching.

At #1 last year, the Chiefs had the pick of the litter.
