Chiefs should pick up at least $5M of salary cap space from Justin Houston's deal based on how their biggest contracts are structured.

Complaining, observing, whatever the ****, dipshit.

The point stands.

Anybody can do the math. At an even break all 6 years, that's over 16 million, that's a nice cap hit. Of course I'm sure that the hit this year will be less impacting, which only means the hit in the future years will be even more impacting.

Nobody gives 2 ****s about you're ****ing approval. You think you're something relevant because you have no life and hang around these boards in an unhealthy fashion? Come back to planet earth, you in denial, senile, dumb ****. I'll punch your ****ing mother right in her ****ing twat.

Changing teams is a story, staying put is just status quo.

The only people who care are AFC west fans - those who love Houston and those who fear him. Great day in the morning!

Props to weatherman or whatever his name is that said this would happen.

I think I'd sit in a jail cell for 6 years if I had 101 mill in my account when I got out!

Dez Bryant is getting the handjob galore with the coverage.

Well at $17 million/season w/ $52 million guaranteed - the cap hit's gonna hurt either way.

It's a big hit but that's what you save your space for.

Bye bye Sean Smith.

Hope they have enough saved for Dontari.

They have an estimated 50 million dollars in cap space next year prior to this deal.

This deal has little cap implications in future years with the rising cap.

This is a great day for the Chiefs, not so much for the bitch whiners that want to complain about everything.

Yep.

Rising cap, and Chiefs having loads of space in future years makes this a no-brainer.

Fantastic! Our cap is great next year for keeping Poe.
