He should have flashed these creds. I digress.

What would have been the reason to pay Houston prior to the deadline? There was zero benefit for the Chiefs. They managed to sign players they wanted, re-sign their own FAs.

Who cares. He is a Chief for a long time.

Up until that point we had no freakin clue if Dorsey was still making phone calls or if he just said, "**** it" and decided to take a vacation like Carl did. |

But anyone saying it was an easy guess is completely talking out of their ass. Most on that thread predicted Houston would accept the tag and then plenty felt he'd be so pissed he'd be out of KC in 2 years. Others in the thread predicted JJ Watt money was on the high end and that the chiefs would offer OLB money. He went on the thread, predicted the contract would be done by Wednesday, and predicted close to JJ Watt money. Pretty bold prediction. And I can't believe people think being off by $3.5M is not considered a "close" guess |

The discussion in this thread is matched in pointless stupidity only by the original concept of this thread.

It doesn't exactly take Nostradamus to predict a franchise player signing at the deadline. That's when they sign the vast majority of the time. Posted via Mobile Device |
