It was just one of those moments that make being there and seeing the whole field completely worth it.

(no blitz in the highlights though)

Aww man, those old primetime highlights, the music, Stuart scott. Awesome. I remember this game aswell.

Another great game atleast for me, was the MNF opener against sd in 2010. Was one of the last games I got to watch with my dad before he passed. Charles had an epic run for a TD and McCluster with the punt return for a TD, damn that was a good night and one I'll cherish forever

1993-94 Chiefs pulled some crazy wins out. Crazy wins over Chargers, Steelers, Oilers, Broncos.

You could probably add 1995 to that list as well (Raiders, Giants, Chargers, Oilers)

I couldn't find any better option for number 3. It's crazy that game meant so much.

Hope Mahomes can bring us into a new era!

list may be 4 to long
but nope a monday game when Montana schooled elway
DT's 7 sack game
those are my favs right now
I was 4 when the chiefs won the super bowl, never watched the game

where GB just assumed we would roll over for them

KC had lost 31-3, 34-3, and 37-10 right before that game and they had to play the 13-0 Packers. Haley had just been fired and it was Romeo's debut as interim HC.

Pundits were saying GB was going to go undefeated...and Rodgers looked like the best QB the NFL had ever seen...he might have been.

There was less than .000001% of that game happening like it did. ****ing Orton...it was surreal. He was the back-up QB....

I was sitting there thinking...did that really just happen? It should have been a bloodbath..

yeah i remember that one for sure - we really 'came to life'

A Preseason game in 1966 against the Chicago Bears. Chiefs win 66-0 . This game woke up the NFL that the AFL was no joke.

Rasputin 09-06-2017 06:23 AM

Warren Moon passing like 560 yards in a game setting most yards passing.

Oh wait that was with the Oilers against the Chiefs.

But hey he did retire a Chief.

I told everyone we would win. We had a special ed packer fan blow hard at lunch. You know how packer fans are. Insufferable. I told him that with all the crap the Chiefs had been through, Chiefs would win. Stuff like that just happens. He did not talk to me the rest of the school year. That was a good victory.

Had tickets given to me for that game. I don't remember when it was in the game, but the Bears hit a WR on a deep ball. He was running alone, and for some reason thought he was going to get hit in the side? Anyway, there wasn't anybody within 5 yards of him, he does this jackass juke move, it slows him down, and he gets tackled on what should have been a walk-in touchdown. The entire stadium was laughing.

In any case, it was a fun game to be at. Urlacher did nothing special that game, but you could just see he was at a different level than anybody else.

No - I could easily name 10 better off the top of my head:
  1. Elway vs. Montana
  2. Bono comeback vs SD on MNF - Vanover punt return in OT
  3. Vermeil's balls and Larry Johnson dive with no time left
  4. Last year's comeback at Denver
  5. Stoyanovich 53-yarder to beat Denver
  6. Andre Rison catch to beat Raiders
  7. Dante Hall kick return to beat Denver
  8. Chiefs vs. SF - beat Steve Young with DT's safety
  9. Rivers fumbles the snap
  10. Dwayne Rudd helmet toss
