Why would anyone have a problem with either of those things. Most businesses would do the same especially in a work environment like the NFL. Protecting workers rights is a totally different story from forcing yet another social cause into the game, which I agree is over the top. But we already know that you'd welcome a world that allows open workplace discrimination.

2. Sams was never a co-worker, he never made the team
3. The Dolphin's views were discriminated against
4. Dolphin had no authority over Sams anyway therefore could not harm him
