2 elite safeties can go a long way to alleviate the need for a very expensive elite CB. Or at least fill in while you develop one.

I agree with your take 100%.....Hardman should have started ahead of Robinson.....I think they saved Hardman for his return duties.

Hardman needs to work on his route running ,I don’t know if he could replace Watkins or not. Watkins was a beast after the catch last yr and early on this season .

He needs game reps. He can work on his routes all he wants in practice, but he needs the reps to nail it in games. We just need to take lumps with him for the early part of next year until he gets it.

Absolutely right. Hardman is as dangerous as anyone if he can get the ball. He had 538 yards on 26 receptions. So he was 172nd in receptions, yet 77th in yards. He just isn't very well polished at this time. We can't really rely on him to be WR2 next year. The year after next year? Maybe.
