There's a place in town that does smoked wings; D-Rowes. And they're great if you're in the mood for those instead of buffalo wings. Better yet, you ask them to dip them in the fryer for a second before bringing them out and bring you a side of hot sauce.

Then you get this nice crispy smoked wing with a touch of hot sauce on top. Good stuff. Not conventional, but good in their own way.

Best chicken wings I ever ate was in April 2017. It was the day we drafted our Lord and Savior. I made them on my Big Green Egg.

I had the best cigar I've ever had and the finest scotch ever made!
