While I'm not on the fire GMDM or Matheny train.

But this year is put up or shut up time for Eldred and Bradshaw, imo. We have to have the right dudes in those places for our young team next year.

You haven't been paying attention to the trade market the last 2-3 years. Nobody wants to give up prospects anymore.

Matheny might consider giving Santana a start or two before the trade deadline, might be able to get something for him from a team desperate for long relief\back end starter.

Tonight is really making me appreciate how the Blue Jays went 0-12 with RISP in Game 6. That had to be maddening in a game with those stakes.
