Im like uhhh I guess we can have triple slam at Dennys or get a chalupa at Taco Bell and hope to not get robbed

Well, a 6-mile drive to Downtown or the Plaza you can do all that. What's the deal won't your electric car go that far?

Is the KC Star building still around? Put it there, facing north. A bunch of stuff has developed south of the loop and just funnel people to 71 and the loop afterwards.

Someone more knowledgeable can correct me but I think the location is being driven by what an ownership partner already owns, JE Dunn.

Too small of a foot print for a stadium at that location.

and I work across the street. I'm already on plan C after the plague, don't make me have to figure out a plan D.

I like it. Better chance to keep Arrowhead and the Chiefs there.

Flashcube too IIRC. The renderings look ok but they remind me of Atlantas surroundings which is god awful

Atlanta's new stadium is a KC dream. Build their own downtown in the suburbs lol.

It will be right in here. Bank on it.

Yep that 12th to 10th street area, east of Cherry is the spot. Two parking garages in the area. Already flat since its surface parking, easy to build.

The city would like it down at 18th and Paseo down by the Negro League museum and Jazz District.

I was thinking this too. Have the K demolished and put something similar to Taxas Live in there. That’s the area between the Rangers and Cowboys stadium.

Bars, entertainment and stuff for kids. Clark would make a fortune

Thought they might have to tear down some shit around there..... eminent domain, our 100-loss seasons are more important than your small business.
