My first Chiefs game was the first year of Arrowhead at the very beginning of The Great Suck. My dad worked in the booth as a spotter, so I had lots of autographs of the fading greats, and an understanding of their achievements but no actual memories of them. I’ve told my son numerous times that we as Chiefs fans will never experience a qb as good as Mahomes. The football gods were smiling on us on April 27, 2017. We are so lucky to have this guy playing for us. Enjoy it while it lasts.
