It's pretty clear he needs to go be an OC elsewhere, ideally under a defensive head coach where he'd get the most recognition for offensive success. TEN and WAS are absolutely ideal destinations for him. I'd hope he'd go to WAS or anywhere in the NFC though. He knows too much about what Reid scribbles on napkins to really love him going to an AFC team.
