The magic of that scene, and character development in general, is that they both raised great points against one another. That was 2 heavyweights standing in the pocket landing haymakers.

Another thread to shit up by me I guess, and it was bound to happen, but it seems the writers finally got around to letting us know their opinions on right wing news. My least favorite episode since probably the handful of early season 1 episodes.

Last 2 episodes have been very on the nose in that regard, but it was to be expected. The signs were always there.

The only part that has really made me roll my eyes is the storyline with Kendall's ex-wife and (adopted?) daughter. GMAFB with that shit.

Still an amazing season though.

Overall, I think there was a lot to complain about, but overall I think they did a good job of not beating it over the head too much. The America Decides episode obviously laid it on thick, and I wish they would have chosen a different approach to it, but it is what it is.
