It's not ****ing holding. They will probably use that in a video to show proper technique. If your arms extended outside your body, you can lock up the guy for as long as you want. This is taught on all levels of football. Smith never had to extend his arms, in fact, it's one of the best legal pass blocks you will see. Only obtuse fans who don't know the rules think this was holding.

It is illegal hands to the face as the DE smacks Smith constantly

As for the horse collar flag.

To me, it’s the classic case of an official being in a tough position /out of position to make that call. But that’s a HUGE player safety issue, and from his angle, it may have looked different.

Tough job. Call wasn’t correct by the letter of the rule, but he threw it. Shit happens.

And I still don’t care.

Its pretty wild that it seems like the refs get a call extremely wrong in seemingly every single game each week.

In this case they got 2 wrong, the safety and the horse collar.

And I remain amazed that Donovan Smith just dog walked him out of the play. If the field was a frat house, he’d have stuffed him in a trash barrel.

It's actually a great hustle play by Nnadi. A rare sideline tackle by him.

Ummmm... He's got a clear view of his back and can see the back wasn't grabbed. Incompetence.

The Nnadi one....I actually get. It's happening fast, it looks like he had inside of the pads. It's hard to tell in real time.

That's just normal officiating being slowed down etc. Shit happens. They aren't perfect.

Yep. If it bothers you to lose money, you shouldn't be gambling.

It’s these videos and still frames that crack me up. This game moves fast. It’s tough to see it all.
