It's not ****ing holding. They will probably use that in a video to show proper technique. If your arms extended outside your body, you can lock up the guy for as long as you want. This is taught on all levels of football. Smith never had to extend his arms, in fact, it's one of the best legal pass blocks you will see. To me, it’s the classic case of an official being in a tough position /out of position to make that call. But that’s a HUGE player safety issue, and from his angle, it may have looked different.
