  1. Mookie Betts
  2. Freddie Freeman
  3. Shohei Ohtani

That is a very tough top of the lineup.

Chief Roundup 12-09-2023 08:27 PM

Ohtani will make more than two entire teams this 2023 season. One of those is the Orioles who had 101 wins and lost in the divisional round of the playoffs.

I don't know this guy, but there's no way he's better than Mahomes.

Duck the fodgers. May that franchise die in an HPV/AIDS fire.

Well I will just have to bring this new data point to the table for the next union contract negotiations. LMAO

Better build a stadium on the backs of taxpayers for him to play in

Maybe if the quarterback was also the pass rusher as well. Ohtani is getting paid to hit and be a starting pitcher

DTHOF 12-10-2023 10:06 AM

This is why baseball will never be number one again in America. This contract is something only a few franchises would be able to pay out. In NFL any team would be able to go for any free agent, not baseball.

The odds of him holding up as a pitcher are slim to none. You do realize that right?

Ohtani shouldn’t be making 25 ••••••• million more dollars than Patrick Mahomes if he’s not pitching.

Isn’t this basically what the Eagles did with Hurts contract?
